Tell us what is wrong, what needs to be designed, inspected, repaired, installed, managed, sourced, measured, documented, or delivered. We determine the appropriate scope, identify any licensing or permitting requirements, and begin with transparent authorization.
Troubleshooting, engineering support, coordination, field services — the clock starts when the work does.
The $199 hourly rate is a standard starting rate and is not a guarantee that every regulated, specialized, hazardous, prevailing-wage, emergency, equipment-intensive, or subcontracted service will be performed at that rate. Customers receive clear authorization terms before material additional expenses are incurred.

Is $199/hour the rate for every service?
It is the standard starting rate for standard engineering support, consulting, troubleshooting, project coordination, and general field services. Regulated, specialized, hazardous, prevailing-wage, emergency, equipment-intensive, and subcontracted services may carry different rates — always disclosed before you authorize them.
How are parts and materials billed?
At actual or disclosed cost structure, itemized on the invoice. No mystery markups buried in a lump sum.
What about interisland travel?
Interisland mobilization (flights, barge freight, staging) is quoted as its own disclosed line item when applicable.
Can I cap my spend?
Yes — you can authorize a not-to-exceed amount, start with a single one-hour assessment, or request a formal proposal before any work begins.
Do you charge to look at a problem?
The one-hour technical assessment is billed at the standard rate — and you keep the documented diagnosis and recommendation whether or not you hire us for the fix.
