SPECIAL PROJECTS

The Problems Nobody Else Will Own

Some projects do not fit neatly into a standard category. That is precisely where HAWAII Engineering is strongest. If we can legally perform it ourselves or coordinate it through properly licensed professionals and subcontractors, we will find a path to get it done.

THE PROCESS

From Problem to Solution

  1. Step 01: Tell Us What Is Happening

No technical vocabulary required. Send a description, photographs, plans, solicitation, or video.

  2. Step 02: We Classify the Work

We identify the engineering discipline, trade, equipment, field team, licensing requirements, and probable next step.

  3. Step 03: You Authorize the Start

Begin at the transparent standard rate, establish a not-to-exceed amount, or request a formal project proposal.

  4. Step 04: We Mobilize the Right Resources

Direct personnel, equipment, vendors, and properly licensed subcontractors are coordinated as required.

  5. Step 05: We Document Everything

Receive time records, photographs, findings, materials, project updates, and closeout documentation appropriate to the assignment.

  6. Step 06: The Problem Gets Solved

No departmental maze. HAWAII Engineering remains the central point of coordination.
