The $199 hourly rate is a standard starting rate and is not a guarantee that every regulated, specialized, hazardous, prevailing-wage, emergency, equipment-intensive, or subcontracted service will be performed at that rate. Customers receive clear authorization terms before material additional expenses are incurred.
Licensing
HAWAII Engineering does not represent that it personally holds every professional or contractor license. Regulated services are provided or supervised by appropriately licensed professionals and contractors where required by Hawaiʻi law. Preliminary observations and AI-assisted triage output are not engineering determinations, safety clearances, inspections, or professional opinions.
